I'm Kimberly Yates and I have been a Realtor at Century 21 Results Realty Services since 2006.By putting my clients first and working tirelessly to accommodate their needs, in 2007 I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" honors by not only my Results Realty Brokerage, but also by The 400 North Board of Realtors. That was followed by Agent of the Year in 2008, and multiple Agent of the Month and Listing Agent of the Month recognitions, among others. For outstanding performance in the Century 21 system, in 2012 I was named to Century 21's Centurian Team. All of my efforts culminated last year with the Yates Estates team receiving honors for the Top Team Pinnacle Award for Century 21 Results Realty Services, and being honored by The 400 North Board of Realtors for Most Units Sold - team category, with over $29 million in real estate sales. A True Appreciation of Home
As a native of Bosnia, my family and I were able to move to the United States in 1997. Surviving many years in a war torn country and being able to come to America where we were able to work and own a home is just part of my story of success. I survived five years in a war, and risked my life to make it to the USA...I figure helping you find the right home, or selling your home, will be a piece of cake. With my first job I was able to learn English and learn the customs of my new country. I was later promoted into a supervisory role and spent twelve years training others and assisting them with their career advancement. Helping others was a natural fit and I excelled at my job. In 2010, when my husband and I were selling our home, our real estate agent suggested that I should get my real estate license. His encouragement has turned into a career that I truly love.
In 2011, I began my real estate career and have recently joined Century 21 Results Realty Services in Cumming, Georgia. After a successful start in residential sales I've discovered a passion for working with both buyers and sellers and quickly sold over a million dollars in real estate in my first year. I pride myself in going above and beyond for my clients, and my clients appreciate my devotion and honesty. I currently reside in Cumming with my husband. We have three wonderful children and two grand children. When I'm not listing or selling homes I enjoy traveling, cooking, investing and attending local sports events.

As a Georgia native, originally from Peachtree City, Kelley began her real estate career in 2004 where she worked in her father's real estate company in St Simons selling and managing vacation rentals. Her father was a builder and owned a real estate brokerage firm, so real estate was a natural fit for Kelley.
In 2006, she moved to Atlanta and teamed up with a leading property management company where she broadened her skills and real estate knowledge. After a successful career in property management, she discovered a true passion for working with both buyers and sellers.
In 2012 she joined CENTURY 21 Results Realty Services. As a member of the number one team she honed her skills as a buyer's agent. In 2013, she decided to branch out on her own and currently works with buyers, sellers and investors and prides herself in "getting to know people and providing the highest level of customer service."
Kelley has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from East Carolina University Kelley learned early on that when you take great care of people and their needs you end up with excellent results and lasting relationships. With a background in healthcare and property management, she has a keen ability to listen to what people want and provide the necessary guidance and support to help her clients make a smart decision.

Kelley is married with two wonderful daughters and resides in Lake Forest located in Cumming, Georgia. When she isn't selling real estate Kelley is an avid tennis player and enjoys attending local sporting events and watching football with her family.
Debi began her real estate career in 1975 in her hometown of Wadsworth, Ohio. In 1991, she took a leap of faith and relocated to Atlanta where she proceeded to thrive at a couple of the most well known real estate companies in the area. Throughout her career she has always been a leader not only in sales production but also taking every opportunity to increase her knowledge base and broadening her skill set
