Personal Profile:
I have lived around the country and have been through the process of buying/selling homes for the last 25+ years (and plenty of experience with corporate relocations along the way). From building a house in the foothills of the Rockies in Colorado, or on a mesa in New Mexico to gut rehabs of vintage (and a few non-vintage) homes in the Chicagoland area and in Georgia as well as here in Texas. The experience has had plenty of points of exhilaration as well as a fair share of disappointments; all good learning experiences. But one thing has persisted throughout the years, my genuine love for real estate. Nothing quite beats the feeling of having a "home", whether that turns out to be a condo, a townhouse, or a single family home. I may not be a native Austinite, but as they say "I got here as fast as I could". The vibrancy of the city, the incredible opportunities here for businesses both small and large, the genuine hospitality of the people, and the opportunity to be outside year-round all combine to make this a "one-of-a-kind" area.I live in Georgetown and enjoy the lifestyle the town offers. Plenty of restaurants to satisfy just about any taste, parks, Lake Georgetown, hiking and biking trails, and loads of shopping in and around the city. Plus the abundance of local artists has created an active and vibrant arts scene here.Regardless of your age, Austin offers a wide variety of places to meet your needs in creating that perfect "home". I know that has been true for me, and I look forward continuing my exploration of what this area has to offer.Professional Associations: Licensed Texas Real Estate AgentNational Association of REALTORS® Texas Association of REALTORS®Williamson County Association of REALTORS® Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS®Austin Multiple Listing Service Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®)Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)
