Kathy was originally from New York City before moving to South Florida where she spent over 20 years. She moved to the Asheville/Weaverville area in 1997 where she owned and operated three very successful retail businesses. During this time Kathy also operated as an outside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
Due to her love for the mountains and the people of Western North Carolina, Kathy made the move into Real Estate in 2004. She was featured on a nationally televised program highlighting first time home buyers. The program, entitled "My First Home" aired in March of 2008 on The Learning Channel. Kathy was featured as the Real Estate Professional helping and guiding one of her clients as they made their first home purchase.
Kathy has been a consistent TOP PRODUCER in the real estate industry winning many local and national awards including:

Born in Sumter, SC, Carl as lived in Western N.C. for 17 years. He has been in real estate for over twenty years. Carl is President of the Asheville Metro Rotary Club. He has a B.A. in Business Administration, an MBA in Finance and a law degree from the University of SC. Carl has previously been involved in Junior Achievement, helping high school students gain practical business experience.
He and his wife Cheryl enjoy spending time with his grandchildren in Atlanta, going to plays, concerts, and walking.
