Tanner grew up in Pensacola, Fl and has lived here for over 25 years. After working for his dad at a local pizza franchise, Tanner bought his first house when he was 20 years old. This home purchase is what made Tanner so fascinated with buying and selling real estate. His grandfather who was in real estate for over 50 years helped him through the purchase of his house, and guided him on the path to his own real estate license. He decided in 2011 that it was time to get his license and start a career. "I was always told that if you enjoy what you do, you will never work a day in your life." Since getting his license, Tanner has helped countless people with their real estate needs and sold millions of dollars in real estate. Tanner looks forward to selling millions more and helping countless more people.

He has served as an officer and Board Member of the Pensacola Association of Realtors. Dan has also served as Chairman of the Pensacola MLS, Website, Teller, Nominating, Budget and Finance, and Awards Committees. In 2009 Dan Gullahorn was honored to be selected as Pensacola's Realtor of the Year. Presently Dan is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Alabama, and a Florida licensed real estate instructor. Dan recently had the honor of serving the Mid-South zone of CENTURY 21 as it's representative to the prestigious CENTURY 21 National Brokers Communication Congress.(NBCC)
