Hey there, my name is Clay Boshell. I am a proud Wetumpka Indian. I live and work in Wetumpka, and love the "down-home" atmosphere of my town. I was born and raised on a family cattle farm. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I am an avid outdoorsman.
I began my real estate career over 6 years ago and haven't slowed down since. I was named "Top Listing Agent" in 2006 and 2009. Since 2007 I have been named my company's "Top Sales Agent" and twice have I earned the prestigious "Top Overall Agent" award for 2007 and 2009 from my great company. I love my job!! I wouldn't trade anything for it. I take pride in what I do and I do it well! Whether it's selling your existing home or finding the home of your dreams, I will be there every step of the way. I promise to provide the most service possible, period. "Remember, when you're ready to buy or sell...Call Clay Boshell."
Finding the right home for you is my top priority! I believe excellent customer care and honesty are essential when working with clients. Because of my clients confidence in me, I have been awarded the Quality Service Producer Award and the Masters Ruby Award by Century 21.Buying or selling a home can be one of the most important decisions a person can make, and I feel that it is my responsibility to go beyond the call of duty to make this experience as carefree and smooth as possible! Whether you are selling a home, looking to buy your dream home, or looking for an investment property, I hope that you will consider me to guide you through this important experience.
One of the most exciting times in life is finding a place to call home. My husband and I have lived in the Montgomery area for over forty years. We have been fortunate to find our dream home several times. Having a business degree from Huntington College has taught me about dedication. Everyone should have a Realtor that is honest, reliable and will use due diligence on behalf of their clients. After all "there's no place like home."
I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Education, a Master's degree from Troy University, and an Administrative degree from Auburn University Montgomery. After 25 years as a teacher, administrator, and Principal, I retired just long enough to study and acquire a Real Estate license. My reasoning for choosing Real Estate as a second career was to fulfill a love for interior, landscape, and architectural design. I realized that I could combine my design passion with Real Estate and be effective in the Real Estate profession.I believe my calling in life is to educate and to combine that calling with my passion for interior decorating, landscaping, and architectural design, I can effectively help others make the best choices in choosing or selling their home.
With education as my lifetime experience and Real Estate as my present profession, my motto states: "Let Bert do your homework and you'll get it right!"

I am Ralph Calloway real estate broker associate formally the owner of Calloway Realty in Wetumpka with over 30 years experience in the real estate business. My wife is my full time assistant. I have lived in Wetumpka all of my life. We love Wetumpka for many reasons. Just to name a few, we are only minutes from Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, Eclectic, and Tallassee. We have large lakes and rivers with the Coosa River flowing through our town with a public boat ramp and you can travel from here by boat to Mobile, AL. There are also great places to shop, good schools, great soil for gardening, super nice hunting and fishing, and much more.
I am from a family of eleven; nine girls and two boys, my dad was a country Baptist preacher and a logger with a peckerwood saw mill. We didn't have many material things but we had more than we deserved and was rich in faith towards God.
In 1985 I started doing volunteer work a Faith Rescue mission Farm. Now its called Camp Charity on Saturday mornings at 7:00 A.M. about 10 miles north of Wetumpka in Central. It is a Christian rehab program for men. It has facilities that hold up to 40. Judges give some men a choice to come here. It depends upon how severe the Crime, ect. They have thrift stores in Wetumpka and surrounding areas. They also feed and clothe the homeless and do other things to help those that are not as fortunate as some of us in Montgomery at the downtown mission.
I am a member of Grace Baptist Church in Wetumpka. I teach the auditorium Sunday school class. My goal is to have 4x4 or 4x8 sign that says Jesus Saves with a cross that glows when lights from vehicles shines on it on busy roads surrounding Wetumpka in Elmore County, Alabama; All for Gods Glory!!! The Lord and help of others have blessed us with nine signs so far.
I also live in the country. I have free-range chickens that lay big brown eggs, grow cold hardy palm trees in my yard. This means some will take severe cold weather down to five degrees and still live in our area. I love to garden. Nothing like fresh stuff to eat! Yum!
My wife and I look forward to meeting you. I am a member of the multiple listing in Montgomery and can show other property other than my own listings at no extra cost to the buyer. Call day or night. I do a lot of work from my home. I appreciate any referrals you can send my way and may the good lord bless you all.
