I have lived in East Cobb Marietta for the past 14 years while enjoying a 2nd property on Lake Lanier. I have been a full time Realtor serving Lake Lanier and Marietta, Roswell, and Alpharetta for the past 10 years. My average sales price is around $550k. I know Lake Lanier perhaps better than any Realtor in all of Georgia- past or present. I am also very active in various sports and family events. Please visit me at my daily updated website that I designed personally.
