Born in Argentina and raised in South Florida, Judith Kaplan is a real estate professional specializing in Miami luxury Real Estate. With over 20 years of experience in the Florida Real Estate market, Judith is known for her intuition and ability to target of her client's needs. While completing her education at University of Miami, with studies abroad in Montreux, Switzerland, Israel, and Buenos Aires, Argentina, she mastered her language abilities and international relationships. Upon commencing University of Miami, she started as a Sales Associate alongside her family's Real Estate business located in Bay Harbor, Florida for over 35 years. Judith refined her sales skills working with the Top leaders in the Miami Real Estate Industry. While marketing and selling Aqua Allison Island with Craig Robbins of Dacra Development and as the Sales Director for over 18 New Development projects with Jeff Morr and Majestic Properties, she fine tuned her contract management abilities, developer relations, and refined the art of closing the deal. As a principal of Olympian Capital Group, LLC--an investment and merchant banking firm specializing in arranging debt and equity financing, OCG was instrumental in raising capital for new real estate developments and for existing residential, retail, office, industrial and hotel properties. OCG particularly focused on funding for the repositioning and creative re-use of existing properties, often through highly structured transactions involving mezzanine and equity investments. With Karlton CC Investors, OCG invested in and developed two celebrated Miami Beach residential condos--the 399-unit Waverly in South Beach and renovated the 239-unit Collins originally designed by famed architect, Morris Lapidus. Having negotiated more than $5 billion in capital for Miami's premiere development projects in recent years, the Olympian Capital team used its extensive experience in financing residential and condominium conversions to provide creative and productive solutions for emerging development teams. These opportunites lead to a high sales volume as the personal representatives for the sellers, our clients. Additionally, her Sales Team management expertise created a selling machine, closing sales and income generating product. In addition to negotiating the sale and purchase by Dacra of the orginal Saint Francis Hospital in Miami Beach with OCG, Judith and her colleagues generated over $85 Million in Sales from the drawing board up, for Aqua Allison Island designed by Duany Plater Zyberg . Judith is currently working with Century 21 Premier Elite Realty the flagship Fine Homes and Estates Miami Company along side the company's CEO Patricia Delinois, the current President of the Miami Association of Realtors. Judith gained much experience and knowledge during the boom development time in Miami and Miami Beach. Combining her experience with her Top Producing team, Judith has evolved over the years and her main focus currently is on marketing and selling developer communities and luxury condominiums and homes in Miami Beach, Miami, and Broward, Florida.
