Many programs require that the buyers be certified to be eligible for these programs, with a Homebuyers Class. These programs include FHA, 203K, VA, Rural Development and grants and bonds offered for specific areas. More Service, Less Stress. Steering a transaction safely through escrow is a hallmark of excellent service. "The hard part isn't finding the house, it's getting through escrow." I do whatever makes the transaction as stress-free as possible. People should be able to live their life and not have to worry about their house. That's not to say every transaction is stree-free, but (if there is a problem), I handle it.
