Hi, I am Michael Mackay. When looking for a new home in Pasco or Kennewick, you will need someone that has the knowledge and expertise of new construction to get you what you want, where you want. Having sold over 300 new homes in five years, building your home is MY business.
Michael was born and raised here in the Tri-Cities. He comes from a large family of eight (three girls and three boys). He graduated from Pasco High School in 1998, and shortly thereafter received his mission call to Mexico City. He quickly learned Spanish and enjoys using the language frequently. Upon returning home, Michael attended Utah Valley State and Columbia Basin College for 3 years. While attending CBC, he met his future wife and married her a short seven months later. Now 7 1/2 years have gone by, and they have added 3 happy, healthy and handsome boys to their lives.
Michael knows and understands most aspects of the building, buying and selling process. He has done it all: framing, finish work, painting, flooring and cabinetry. A few years back, a good friend introduced him to the "world of real estate." Michael quickly learned that this is what he truly loves to do and wanted to make a lifelong career of it. With over 200 home sales under his belt in just 3 1/2 years, Michael has the passion, drive and determination to make his clients' wants and needs become a reality.
When Michael is not selling homes, there are a number of activities he partakes in. As much as he loves golfing, basketball, and shooting, spending time with his wife and kids is at the top of his list. They enjoy family game night, hitting a bucket of balls at the driving range, and curling up on the couch to watch a movie.

Matt Kincaid is husband to a genuine and glorious wife and father to two amazing and beautiful children. Matt's interest in real estate began as a young child, where he observed and experienced his parents frequently purchasing and selling houses. He quickly developed a passion for the industry that continued into adulthood, and for the past ten years, he has been involved in a multitude of housing transactions-as a buyer, seller, and investor. Recently, after an extensive search for a local brokerage, Matt joined the Century 21 Tri-Cities team. In addition to being a licensed realtor, Matt holds an MBA and a Ph.D. from Gonzaga University, and is a professor of business in the Bachelor of Applied Management program at Columbia Basin College. I was raised in the Tri-Cities and graduated from Columbia High School in 1996. I have 3 wonderful children ages 4, 13, & 15! I enjoy being a mother and wife and taking care of my family. I have several years of experience in sales and customer service. I enjoy meeting people as well as helping, educating, and assisting them in one of the biggest decisions of their lives. My number one goal as a realtor is making sure my clients are taken care of in a way I would want taken care of. While utilizing all the tools available to help people buy and or sell a home, my outstanding customer service and love of my job will ensure an exceptional experience!
My family and I came to Washington from Michoacan, Mexico in 1980. I started kindergarten in Grandview not knowing the language. I graduated from Grandview High School. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I went to Orange County Business College and San Jose State University, then I started my real estate career in Fremont, California in 2001. After 12 months in the business, I made my first $100,000. In my fourth year, I hit $500,000 in gross income. In my second year, I made Agent of the Year for two years in a row, plus I earned many Agent of the Month awards in an office of over 200 agents.
My greatest accomplishment is becoming a mother; that is the most rewarding thing ever for me. I have two beautiful little girls. My second love is Real Estate. I love participating in the creation of the deal. I love working with my clients side-by-side to help accomplish their ultimate goal, especially the buyers that are unsure they could own their home and at the end I hand them the key and that is an awesome feeling.
I love the opportunity of making as much money as I want and can handle with no limits just the ones I put on myself.
As a native Tri Citian, Kim has seen the growth and many changes of the Tri Cities. Both her grandparents and parents were an integral part of the development of the Uptown Richland and owned a retail jewelry store for over 40 years. While growing up in the customer service industry, she gained a passion for horses through her family raising, training and racing thoroughbreds.
After raising her two children, she decided to make the jump to real estate from managing a retail store at the mall. That was almost 10 years ago! Kim brings the experience of matching wants, needs, and desires, with innovative thinking and solutions to her clients during the home selling or buying process. Kim always appreciates her clients passing on the word of her expertise to other home buyers and sellers.
The Tri Cities is a much diversified market with many industries including agriculture, wine, nuclear, and medical. Nestled on three rivers and over 300 days of sunshine, this is a great place to live and raise a family.
Her recent move to CENTURY 21 Group is an exciting time, enabling her on behalf of her clients to utilize the extensive knowledge, professionalism and unmatched products and services of Vicki Monteagudo and her team.
