I am Stuart West a father of two incredible daughters and a husband to one spectacular woman. I grew up in Gulf Breeze, FL and graduated high school from Gulf Breeze. I later went on to college at Montreat College close to Asheville, NC and received a B.S. in Biblical Studies. I also studied at University of West Florida and attained my Masters in Education. I am currently taking my last class towards an M.B.A. at Grantham University. My wife is from Pensacola and studied at Savannah College of Art and Design and finished up her degree in Art at UWF. She was a teacher for a few years until we had kids and decided to stay at home with them. While doing that she is going back to school to be a nurse.
Being that I grew up in this area, I am familiar with the culture and environment in a way that other agents aren't. I have been here through hurricanes and storms and have seen the community grow closer during those times. I know where to buy to generate a decent profit margin. Dan grew up in Cuba, Alabama, where he learned the gentle ways of the South. As a young man, he joined the United States Army, and spent his tour of duty in Germany. After his discharge from the Army, Dan finished his college education, graduating from Mississippi State University with a bachelor's degree in business management. At that time he married a newly graduated veterinarian and together they moved to New York. Dan's first post graduate job was as a customer service manager at a small appliance service center in New York City. Dan and his wife, Jean, returned to the South a year later and settled in Pensacola, Florida. For two years Dan worked as a mortgage processor and collector. Then, for the next 8 years, Dan served as the hospital administrator at his wife's newly opened veterinary hospital. Currently, Dan is the founder/broker/owner of Century 21 AmeriSouth Realty, main office located in Northwest Pensacola. Recently he opened a branch office in Southeast Pensacola. The Gullahorn's have a son, William, who is 16 years old, and a daughter, Jillian, who is 13 years old. They are members ofCalvary Baptist Church.
