Lindsey Bivins has been a licensed Realtor since January of 2003 and obtained her broker's license in September of 2008. Recognized as one of Realtor Magazines's "30 under 30" (one of the top agents under the age of 30 in 2009), Lindsey has learned how to read the market and stay ahead of the curve. Her strengths lie in marketing implementation, understanding buyer and sellers needs, and most importantly, problem solving. Lindsey resides in Waterloo with her husband, Jesse, and four children, Jakob, Jessica, Henry and Shelby. She attended SIUE, where she majored in Education & English. She is also a graduate of Waterloo High School.
Having been a licensed Realtor for over 5 years, Whitney joined the Group in July of 2008. She has worked in a number of capacities during her real estate career and has extensive knowledge of new construcion. "It's my goal to make your transition as smooth as possible, whether buying or selling" Whitney currently resides in Waterloo with her husband Jason, and two sons, Dalton and Aiden.
