Always enjoying people and the desire to serve - I would say that is how I found my way into real estate.
Building good relationships with people has always been a part of my working environment - from my first job wrapping gifts during the Christmas holidays (a sophomore in high school) for Beall's Department Store to working in the registrar's office at both Bethany Nazarene College (Bethany, Oklahoma) and UT Arlington - providing good service has always been important to me and most rewarding! Working experience, of course, expanded after graduating with a Degree in Business from BNC now known as Southern Nazarene University. While working in contracts administration for Halliburton Energy Services, I gained first- hand experience as to the importance of a legal contract. I was the liaison between vendors and Halliburton employees in the U.S. and internationally. I also worked with Halliburton's attorneys. It was important to make sure contracts were correct and satisfied all involved. I know the importance of a contract and strive to make sure all information is correct. This experience has helped me be thorough with the real estate contract.
I began my career in real estate in 2006. I sold one house in Team Ranch, Benbrook, TX and then began care of both my parents whose health necessitated a move from Longview, TX to Fort Worth, TX. We were preparing to build a house for all of us when my folks house sold in one week! I began looking for a house - we needed to move quickly! During this situation, I learned how important the real estate business can be. And, when the perfect house is found, what an amazing feeling! In my situation, it was a great relief! I want to be the kind of realtor who is attentive to your needs - genuinely caring!
Because of my work experience and personal circumstances, my desire is to be the kind of realtor that you can honestly say worked hard for you; giving you 100% and finding that dream home for you and/or getting your property sold, so you could begin a new chapter in your life. Whatever your real estate needs, I want you to be able to say "T.J." made my real estate experience a pleasant one!
On a personal note, I live in Fort Worth with my husband Tim of 18 years and enjoy swimming, playing pool, jogging and watching my husband golf. All together we have two awesome daughters, two awesome sons, a great son-in-law and a great daughter-in-law. The best, of course, are the grandchildren - we have seven!!

If you require assistance in obtaining financing, I have a network of lenders ready to help with conventional, FHA, USDA, Texas VA, and Federal VA loans.
