Personal Profile: Always enjoying people and the desire to serve - I would say that is how I found my way into real estate. Building good relationships with people has always been a part of my working environment - from my first job wrapping gifts during the Christmas holidays (a sophomore in high school) for Beall's Department Store to working in the registrar's office at both Bethany Nazarene College (Bethany, Oklahoma) and UT Arlington - providing good service has always been important to me and most rewarding! Working experience, of course, expanded after graduating with a Degree in Business from BNC now known as Southern Nazarene University. While working in contracts administration for Halliburton Energy Services, I gained first- hand experience as to the importance of a legal contract. I was the liaison between vendors and Halliburton employees in the U.S. and internationally. I also worked with Halliburton's attorneys. I sold one house in Team Ranch, Benbrook, TX and then began care of both my parents whose health necessitated a move from Longview, TX to Fort Worth, TX. We were preparing to build a house for all of us when my folks house sold in one week! I began looking for a house - we needed to move quickly! During this situation, I learned how important the real estate business can be. And, when the perfect house is found, what an amazing feeling! In my situation, it was a great relief!
