3. We were extremely fortunate to find Kathy. Not only was she a complete joy to work with, she was extremely knowledgeable of the industry. We had a very difficult close and Kathy was on top of the lender, inspectors, etc. ensuring that everything kept moving along properly. She was a strong representative and stood up for us as needed.
Her personality kept us reassured during the tough spots. She was very responsive and kept us updated every step of the way with daily phone calls and/or emails.
