I think Connie was one of the best Agents I have ever dealt with in selling my house. She was very helpful and addressed any and all questions I had. She returned my calls immediately. We were incredibly impressed with Dan Fabbri's knowledge of the area and market expertise. He always explained things in a clear concise manner and didn't hesitate to elaborate if we needed further explanation. We never felt rushed, pressured or pushed into making any decisions on selling our home that we were not comfortable with. I enjoyed working with Connie. This was my first time selling a property and she made it seem easy.

Condo association rules and regulations greatly impacted the length of time it took to sell the property and there were some issues, but Connie handled them all and they were resolved in a timely manner.

Dan Fabbri, has a real good understanding of the Medford market and a solid marketing plan and that became apparent after a few conversations with him.

Dan was outstanding in delivering what he said he would deliver. He followed through on all aspects of the process and worked very closely with me as the seller. His advice was solid in regard to staging the property for sale. He provided the advice, such as ripping up the carpet to expose the hardwood floors, and I followed his tips and it worked out great. Offer over asking price.

Having bought and sold 2 houses in my past has afforded me the experience of working with real estate brokers in my past. Dan Fabbri, is a true professional, he is good at what he does. He is not number 1 in Medford real estate by accident, he has the long time experience in the same market during good and bad economic times. Before working with Dan I interviewed several other brokers in the local area, and my biggest take away was that Dan is a Real Estate Professional,. He is not someone telling you what you want to hear to get your listing and then lacking in the ability to follow through, or those bragging about how many house they sell and they constantly under value the listing. Get the right price, the price that will sell the property, not the emotional price or the get rich quick, hit the lottery price. It's not what they list for; it's what the Sell for. Price it wrong and it will languish, price it too low and you are leaving money on the table. Go with Dan, he will give you the right asking price, and then follow it with a sold marketing plan for success.

We had a unique situation where my 97 year old Mom was selling her home of 72 years. This was an emotional experience for her. We were then buying a home for my sister and her son.

I first met Dan Fabbri back in October of 2013 when I was thinking of selling my house. Dan gave me a professional proposal of what he thought my house would sell for and how he intended to market it. I wasn't ready to sell at the time, but Dan never hounded me or put pressure on me. A year and a half later, I was ready to sell, called Dan and he came over within a few days. I was impressed that he saved all his notes from our first meeting in 2013. The most critical piece of advice Dan gave me this time was that "time was of the essence". He suggested I put my house on the market as soon as possible, rather that wait until Spring. Also, based on Dan's research, my house could possibly sell for $30 to 40k more than the number he had given me a year and a half earlier! Within two weeks I had the house in showable condition and gave Dan the green light. My house went on the market on a Thursday. Within a day there were approximately 30 showings lined up for the weekend and by Monday morning, Dan called me with two offers!

I accepted an offer and over the next two months, Dan and his assistant Terry walked me through every step of the process. Most people (myself included) only sell a home a few times in their lifetime, so it really takes a good broker to help people know exactly how to navigate the process. Dan and Terry were so professional, knowledgeable, informative and prompt, that I cannot imagine this process taking place any smoother. They followed through on every single detail and most importantly, Dan got me more than I ever imagined my home was worth. I give Dab Fabbri and Terry my utmost respect and highest recommendation.

We worked with Rich Worob twice so far. When we first purchased our property he was very available and always willing to meet us at a property. He gave us his honest opinion which was helpful and didn't push us into a deal or property.

Since we enjoyed the buying process with him we decided to use his as our sellers agent. In my opinion, selling a property is lot more stressful than buying one. We had some anxiety selling the unit but Rich helped us through it. It took us time to get the property ready but Rich was patient with us. He walked us through the process before we put our condominium on the market from listing to closing. Rich worked worked with the sellers agent well, our condo's management company, and the sellers attorneys. Everything from our perspective went well even though there were some bumps in the road.

I enjoyed working with Rich and will continue to work with him.

I interviewed several RE brokers and Dan by far seemed to be the most competent and he proved to be that.

Dan had one open house on Sunday the w/e after we signed the agreement hiring Century 21 and he had approximately 50 people coming thru the open house. We received multiple offers that Monday.

I am very happy with the performance of Dan and would recommend him to anyone I know selling a property

Dan Fabbri went out of his way to help with several issues that developed prior to us actually closing on the property. We had several blizzards in the area and he arranged to have the property shoveled and driveway plowed for us. He also arranged to have a plumber come out to the house to take care of some issues we had while we were out of town.

I am sure that anyone would be very happy with his and his staff's services.

Loreen was by far exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of selling my home. She went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. She started as my agent but most definitely ended as a special friend.

I had a lot of anxiety about moving from the only town I've ever known as home. However, due to personal circumstances, moving was definitely in the best interest of me and my family. Loreen was very compassionate to my situation and helped me through the process with a great deal of much needed emotional support.

She was AWESOME and I would without a doubt highly recommend her to others!
