Carl and the Mincer Team work with everyone from first-time buyers to investors with many properties! Carl has been in the business for 25 years and also works in all the Mid-Cities area from Cedar Hill and Mansfield in the south, Flower Mound and Coppell in the north, and to all areas between the Fort Worth and the Eagle Mountain Lake area.
The Mincer Team are members of NETC, ARBOR, TAR, and the National Association of Realtors. They engage in constant continuing education to stay abreast of the latest in financing, legal and other aspects of real estate, as is necessary for competent full-time realtors.
Outside interests include membership in the Great Southwest Rotary Club, chess, opera, personal fitness, travel, and more. Carl is a retired Master Sergeant from the army with 22 years of service and 19 of those years overseas, most of it in Europe.
Carl and the Mincer Team work with relocation buyers, first-time homebuyers, and as buyers agents, as well as with sellers and intermediaries, and have wide experience with unusual requirements.
