I'm a retired elementary school teacher who embarked on a real estate career in 2007 as a licensed real estate salesperson. I am now a Certified Buyer Representative, as well.
I was born and raised in Schoharie County after my parents moved here from Long Island. They came on vacation to Schoharie County to visit Howe Caverns and immediately fell in love with the beauty and grandeur of the mountains, rolling hills and farm land. Currently, my husband and I live in the village of Cobleskill.
I love working with people and would be happy to help you in any way.
Graduated Richmondville Central. Real Estate Associate Broker with Century 21 Rural Estates for 22 years. Top sales associate for many of those years. Girl scout leader for thirteen years. Past school board member Middleburgh Central. Present vice-president of Middleburgh Fire auxilary. Life member of Middleburgh rod and gun club. Enjoys reading, boating and grandchildren. I enjoy matching up people with their new homes. What fun seeing the excitement in the children's eyes. Having lived in Schoharie county all my life, I can inform the buyers of the properties and the school systems. Whether you are buying or selling, give me a call. I will be happy to answer all your questions.
I grew up in St. Johnsville, a small town in Montgomery County, New York, with a population of approximately 2,600 people.
While going to high school, I worked on a farm, at a feed store and did some building/construction work.
Approximately 30 years ago, I moved to Rotterdam, got married and got a job as a truck driver. I got my tractor trailer license and joined the big rig drivers.
My wife and I enjoy traveling and camping. We have traveled from Maine to Alaska with our two cats, Roxy and Libby, and will continue to explore this beautiful country.
After 30+ years of truck driving, I decided that it was time for a change. I got a job with a plumbing and heating company, where I had to learn all of the unlimited plumbing and heating parts and equipment.
As an added challenge, I decided to study for and get my real estate license.
I would be happy to work with you to find a new home, sell your current home, or both.
