In 1964 he began a successful 50 year career in new home construction planning and the real estate business. He was an assistant to the late Bruce Rochester in land acquisition to build lakes Keowee and Jocassee, more than 50 developments, and more than 1700 new homes. He joined Century 21 Hometown Realtors in 2014. Reg served on the first Oconee Board of Assessment Control, is currently active as Leadership Chm of Chicopee United Methodist Church; a Volunteer for Oconee Medical Center, Lila Doyle Nursing Center and Hospice of the Foothills; the First Steps Board of Oconee; Mentor for School Distict of Oconee; the Crisis Team of SDOC.
