Rett Harmon is the owner of the newly established Century 21 branch, Novus Realty. As well as being the owner of the branch, Rett is an active sales agent with specialty in commercial investment opportunities, rental and residential properties, and land lots. Rett, also plays a key role in the property management division.
Rett earned his Georgia Real Estate license in 2001 as a junior at the University of West Georgia. He also holds an Alabama R.E. License. Rett has been a consistent top producer in sales of residential, land and commercial property, he has gained substantial experience and recognition of the development of real estate. Rett is all about the breaking down and simplifying of processes to achieve high success constantly.
Rett grew up not far from Carrollton, GA in the relatively neighboring city of Newnan, GA, and from there Rett, as previously stated earlier, went to obtain his college degree at the University of West Georgia. A little further down the road, Rett found and married his wife Jennifer. They eventually had three children: Lola, Wyatt, and Holt. Rett avidly expresses his passion for the outdoors by taking his family to Lake Wedowee and just spending some of his free time in the woods. Overall, Rett lives for family, friends, and fellowship.
Donna Harrison is an Associate Broker for Century 21 Novus Realty. She is also a partner in The Southern Roots Group which is a real estate sales team with a combined 90+ years of experience in the West Georgia area. Donna currently handles many aspects of real estate including listing and selling residential, land and commercial properties. She has also had much success with short sales. Donna plays a key role in the day to day operations of the team as well.
Donna believes that education is key in staying with current trends and changes in the real estate industry. Her designations include CRS, ePro and CDPE. She is a 2012 graduate of the Georgia REALTORS Leadership Academy, a member of the National Association of Realtors and has served as President of the West Metro Board of Realtors in 2013. Donna is a consistent top producer in real estate and received the Pheonix award (10 year consecutive top producer) in 2006. She was the Broker/Owner of Harrison Realty from 1996 to 2009 and worked for Remax , Prudential and Duffey Realty before joining the sales team at Century 21 Novus Realty. Donna gained knowledge and insight from various company models which allows her to better serve her clients and exceed their expectations.
Donna has two children, Brandon and Ashley, a daughter in law, Dakota and a grandson, Mason. She resides with her daughter in Bremen, GA. Donna enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and spend time at the lake whenever possible. She is also an avid Atlanta Falcons fan and attends the home games with her family.
Katie Collins is a sales associate with Century 21 Novus Realty. Katie obtained a B.A. in Psychology, a M.Ed. degree in school counseling, and an Ed.S. degree in Professional Counseling.
In 2012, Katie accepted the position of City of Carrollton Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Coordinator. As NSP Coordinator, Katie purchases, renovates, and sells foreclosures; thus, she has experience and knowledge about both the buyer's and seller's sides of real estate transactions. Her educational background in Professional Counseling and her knowledge of real estate are assets when it comes to meeting clients' needs. It is especially rewarding for Katie to help buyers fulfill their dreams of homeownership! She is a member of the West Metro Board of Realtors, the Georgia REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
Katie was born and raised in Carroll County. She loved growing up on a dirt road in the woods but now lives in the City of Carrollton. Katie adores the entire West Georgia area - from the back roads where stars shine so bright to the bustling streets and old, beautiful houses in Carrollton. Katie enjoys walking, spending time with friends and family, learning, cooking, helping people, and sitting on her screened-in porch during a good thunderstorm.

Blake has lived in Carrollton, GA over the past 4 years and is native to neighboring Coweta County. Blake has always taken pride in his community impact, partnering with the University of West Georgia and local organizations to create positive change.
