Prior to her real estate career, Diana held the position of Key Account Manager for Pepsi Cola in Northern
California and leading into her career change in Kern County. She was responsible for development and

Diana resides in Pismo Beach and has 3 children; Nichole, Ryan and Kyle and is Grandmother to 5 year old Landen and soon to arrive Emma Rose.

Mary Ann Reiss received her real estate license in 1974, but chose to follow her career as a City Personnel Director until her retirement in 1994. During those years, Mary Ann continued her education receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration along with completing courses in real estate law, finance and property management. She applied that knowledge to buying, selling and managing her own properties as well as working in real estate on a part time basis.
Consequently, after moving to the Central Coast in 1994, she chose to pursue a full time career as a real estate professional and joined the Arroyo Grande office of Century 21 Filer Realtors, Inc. in 1999.
Mary Ann is committed to her community and the area. She is presently serving her second term as a member of the Pismo Beach City Council and is active at the state level in the League of California Cities. She actively participates in the local chapter of the American Association of University Women, Shell Beach Woman's Club, Chamber of Commerce, Friends of the Price House and numerous other civic organizations.

After retiring from a 30 year career with the California Highway Patrol that included 12 years on the road and the remaining time as a supervisor and manager, Bob decided to venture into the real estate business.
