Christa Lowry has been a Real Estate Agent since 2009. She has also been a resident and has run a successful business here since 1994. Prior to starting her Real Estate career Christa would have been found looking through Real Estate magazines and going to open houses for friends and family when she realized that her knowledge of the area and her business sense was calling her to a new career. Christa knows the Central Coast like the back of her hand and can help any potential buyer find the location that would best suit their desired lifestyle. Christa is married and raising a family here on the coast and knows good schools ,gyms, doctors and anything else someone new to the area would need to know. On Christa's day off you might find her walking her dog on the beach, watching her kids sporting events, doing Zumba or sipping on a glass of wine on the patio with her husband or friends.
I was born and raised here on the Central Coast. I left Arroyo Grande to swim competitively at UC Berkeley. Being a competitive athlete my whole life has given me the drive to achieve my goals, no matter what stands in my way. That is exactly what I will do for you as your agent. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, I will work for you until we have reached the goal that we set out to accomplish. It is my love for the Central Coast that brought my wife and myself, along with our newborn twins back to the area in 2014. With family ties in the area dating back 35 years, I have a deep knowledge of the people, properties and amenities that the Central Coast has to offer. Give me a call and let's talk.
Mary Ann enjoys walking on the beach and watching the sunsets.
Mary Ann Reiss received her real estate license in 1974, but chose to follow her career as a City Personnel Director until her retirement in 1994. During those years, Mary Ann continued her education receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration along with completing courses in real estate law, finance and property management. She applied that knowledge to buying, selling and managing her own properties as well as working in real estate on a part time basis.
Consequently, after moving to the Central Coast in 1994, she chose to pursue a full time career as a real estate professional and joined the Arroyo Grande office of Century 21 Filer Realtors, Inc. in 1999.
Mary Ann is committed to her community and the area. She is presently serving her second term as a member of the Pismo Beach City Council and is active at the state level in the League of California Cities. She actively participates in the local chapter of the American Association of University Women, Shell Beach Woman's Club, Chamber of Commerce, Friends of the Price House and numerous other civic organizations.
Her success in helping her clients achieve their goals and dreams is attributable to her experience, training and "Good, Old Fashion Service."
