Pat has lived in the Greenville area for several years which has given her valuable working knowledge of Greenville and the entire surrounding metro area. She is active in the Greenville community and in the past has served as President of two of it's civic organizations. She has watched Greenville grow from a quiet small town to a vibrant, exciting city which she loves showing off and sharing with everyone. A former teacher, Pat has brought many of her teaching skills to real estate. Before moving to Greenville, Sue and her family lived in Holland, England and Bahrain in the Middle East where she served as President of the American Women's Association. After settling her family into their new home in Greenville, Sue began her career in real estate. She began in traditional real estate sales for a few years, then spent 11 years as Relocation Director. By chance, she got into marketing REO properties and that became her true real estate calling. Sue has been marketing foreclosures for banks, Asset Management companies and Fannie Mae solely now for 23 years.
After 15+ years in sales and customer service, I have chosen to purse my dream of a career in real estate. In my prior career I worked with large companies such as UPS, Apple, and Unilever, companies that are very demanding and have high expectations of quality and service. Those experiences taught me how to think outside the box to solve problems, the importance of great attention detail, and most importantly that the needs of the client should always come ahead of my own.
