Al Ynigo attended UNLV in 1987 and went to Las Vegas School of Real Estate in 1989 and received his real estate license in August of 1990. He started at Coldwell Banker Realty at the young age of 20 years old. He was mostly a buyer's agent and handled relocation for people moving and retiring to the Las Vegas and Henderson area. Al Ynigo was the Rookie Of The Year in 1990 for his first achievement at Coldwell Banker. He also achieved Multi-Million Dollar
Sales Club awards every year afterwards.
Al Ynigo eventually switched brokers in 1994 and went to Century 21 Realty Associates which later became Century 21 Advantage Gold. He was consistently awarded agent of the month and continued to be in the Multi-million Dollars Sales Club. He has always been a consistent and top sales producer.
But his greatest award and achievement is not a sales award that is measured by numbers but it was the GLVAR Realtor of the Year for Going the Extra Mile Award in 1994. Al's client died in a Seadoo jet ski accident at Lake Mead and Al fought to get his brother a refund for his earnest deposit which the builder refused to give back because the house was done and they were
suppose to close that week.
At the peak of his career he switched to Remax in 2006 and did very well. Later in 2007, he did mostly referrals and past clients and worked with a small broker Las Vegas Referral Realty which later closed and moved to Vegas One Realty in 2013 to the present.
In August 2011 he was awarded the GLVAR Honorary Alumni for 20 years of being a REALTOR.
After servicing mostly buyers and investors, Al decided that he wanted to help sellers get more professional service and marketing to help them sell their properties. Al has finally returned home to Century 21 Martinez Realty in 2014, where he wants to be able to market and sell a lot of homes and help sellers and buyers achieve the American Dream.
After 24 years of being a REALTOR, Al believes that a real estate agent should help their clients in an ethical and honest way. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, trends and conditions. Al still believes in service and the real estate is a service industry not a sales job.
I like to work with people and love to list, show and sell houses. I have been a Realtor for over
24 years and I am quite familiar with all areas in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson. I have sold houses in all parts of the valley. I believe I have a knack for finding the house my buyer's want to buy or getting my seller's houses sold so they can move on. I believe customer loyalty is earned and I work hard to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with my
