I grew up in Island Pond where I currently live with my boyfriend and our son. After High School, I attended Lyndon State College to obtain my Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting and in Business Administration. I have been with CENTURY 21 Farm & Forest since we opened the Burke office in 2009.
I entered the Real Estate business in 2000 having obtained my sales license my senior year of high school at the age of 18. I practiced during the summers while attending the University of Vermont, where I graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Management. Post-college I traveled around the U.S. and worked as a handyman mainly in Colorado and Alaska. I have since settled back into the beautiful Northeast Kingdom and our family business where I am now a Managing Broker. I married my long time sweet heart, Megan, in July of 2012. I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, hunting, soccer, riding ATVs, snowmobiling, skiing, and snowshoeing. I am the 2012-13 Orleans County Board of Realtors President. From 2009-2011, I have been the #1 CENTURY 21 Agent in Vermont in terms of units sold. I was also named Orleans County Board of Realtors 2009 Realtor of the Year. Our top producing team would be honored to assist you in any of your real estate endeavors!

After a stint in Tahiti & Hawaii, I worked in communications for the Ministry of International Relations in Los Angeles. I also established a business, assisting real estate brokers to market vacant properties and found my passion: dealing in real estate. But I missed the countryside and relocated to Colorado for 4 years. I am now in my 6th year with Century 21 Farm & Forest in beautiful Northeast Kingdom and have enjoyed every minute serving customers and clients. I work according to their schedule - 7 days/week. Originally from Qubec, I am fluent in French & English.
Since 1988 I have devotedly helped sellers and buyers obtain their dreams with buying or selling Northeast Kingdom properties. I have been a tri-county top producer for many years. This is all in thanks to my highly pleased and loyal clients who continuously seek my professional guidance. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, give me a call or send an email. I am a Vermont Native, having grown up in Troy by the slopes of Jay Peak! After graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing, I moved to places such as Westerly, RI and Boston, MA working in the Marketing and Sales Industry before choosing Island Pond as my home. I find the Northeast Kingdom accommodating to my active lifestyle with my husband and two children. Eight years of selling property in and around the NEK have given me a great understanding of what our area has to offer, and I look forward to passing it on to others!
I have lived all over New England and have found that there is no better place than Northern Vermont & no better job than helping people realize that so they too can become a part of the area.
My grandfather, Jean Paul Bonneau, always loved driving around and seeing beyond land & properties to create homes and I believe this rubbed off on me.
I currently live in Island Pond and plan on enjoying my lake & mountain views for a very long time.
