Meet Lauree Watkins - Your Neighborhood Realtor
As a Georgia native raised in Savannah, I came to the Atlanta area in 1990 upon graduation from the University of Georgia. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a Sales Concentration, I was very fortunate to have worked both in inside and outside sales for various business forms companies; most recently as a contract employee at Coca-Cola USA within the forms management department. I have extensive knowledge in all facets of customer relations including negotiations, marketing, and communications and am very excited to bring that expertise to my real estate business!
Happily married to my husband Trace for almost 25 years, we have 2 beautiful daughters. I have been a resident of South Forsyth County since 1993 and have seen the many changes and growth to this area over the last 21+ years! People don't believe me when I say I moved here when McGinnis Ferry and Old Atlanta Road was a 2 way stop sign.but it's true!
I strongly believe in the importance of taking time out of our busy lives to help others - especially kids! I am a Girl Scout Leader and Volunteer and have been one for the last 12 years helping young girls be the voice they need to be in today's world! I also enjoy volunteering at my church, St. Columba's Episcopal, and working with the youth program there. When not selling real estate, you can find me playing tennis out of the Olde Atlanta Club neighborhood and rummaging through estate sales looking for the perfect find!
I specialize in the sale of new (my husband is a Residential General Contractor - a great source of knowledge to me!) and existing homes in the Northeast Corridor of Atlanta focusing primarily in the Forsyth, North Fulton, and Gwinett areas.
