If you were to ask Jim what's most import to him, it might surprise you just how quickly he
would reply, "being a grandfather!" He would go on to include family, faith, friends, and

Jim and his wife Jackie came to Colorado Springs in 2003 to be with family. He brought with
him a vast array of experience, including a brief career in the US Army and two decades of
Information Technology (IT) project management.
There are many qualities and skills that go into excellent project management. The most
important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs, wants, expectations, and
concerns of his clients. It is this skill set that Jim uses in helping home buyers and sellers.

She is twenty years settled into Colorado Springs and is committed to the community through her many service organizations.
She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Club, Pikes Peak Toast Masters, and Mid-Palmer Park Blvd Neighborhood Association. To get out and really enjoy the Colorado Mountains, Caryn enjoys taking her two dogs hiking. Plus in her spare time she is learning piano, making beaded jewelry, and reading.

Carolyn is a Colorado Springs native.
She is very familiar with the city and surrounding areas. She raised her family in the Broadmoor Bluffs area where her children attended District 12 schools. She has been a multi-family investor for over 10 years.
She specialized in investment properties and works with a variety of investors. Carolyn is presently representing several military clients in their search for single family homes. She looks forward to working with you!!!
The newest addition to Team Curbow combines a small mountain town upbringing and a diverse education from across the nation. His creativity, positive attitude, and perseverance are his greatest assets. Nathan is excited to help develop the marketing and visual look of Curbow Realty as well as assist in the relocation department.
In his spare time he likes to play ice hockey, snowboard, and go to concerts.
