Before moving to Greenville, Sue and her family lived in Holland, England and Bahrain in the Middle East where she served as President of the American Women's Association. After settling her family into their new home in Greenville, Sue began her career in real estate. She began in traditional real estate sales for a few years, then spent 11 years as Relocation Director. By chance, she got into marketing REO properties and that became her true real estate calling. Sue has been marketing foreclosures for banks, Asset Management companies and Fannie Mae solely now for 23 years.

After 15+ years in sales and customer service, I have chosen to purse my dream of a career in real estate. In my prior career I worked with large companies such as UPS, Apple, and Unilever, companies that are very demanding and have high expectations of quality and service. Those experiences taught me how to think outside the box to solve problems, the importance of great attention detail, and most importantly that the needs of the client should always come ahead of my own. These are the qualities I will bring to you as your real estate agent.
For Buyers, we will sit down and list out all the wants & needs for you and your family. Then we will partner together to find the right listings to visit, making your search as efficient as possible. It's not my job to sell you a house, my job is to help you find the perfect home. Together, we will do just that.
For Sellers, I will work to help you sell your home for the best possible price, in the shortest possible time frame. We will work together to establish a listing price and marketing strategy that is in line with your goals, not mine. I will be aggressive in promoting your listing, and maintain contact with you throughout the process with feedback.
Century 21 has the best tools available in the marketplace, and I will combine that with my strong work ethic, principles of integrity & honesty, and professional advice . I look forward to meeting you.

After 20 years of motherhood, helping the family construction business and working as a medical transcriber, I decided to enter the Greenville real estate market 17 years ago. With enthusiasm and sincerity, I have helped hundreds of people find a place for themselves and their families in this beautiful, small metropolitan area. I have been with Century21 for 17 years working with both Sellers and Buyers in a diligent manner with professionalism, integrity and honesty.
In working with Buyers, I treat them in a manner in which I would want to be treated when searching for a home; one of their largest investments.
My goal when working with Sellers as a listing agent is to help you sell your home for the highest price in the shortest period of time and with the least amount of inconvenience to you. I always keep in communication with the Sellers and all parties involved, which is the key to a successful closing.
I work diligently to make both the home selling and home purchasing process as easy as possible for each and every person I represent, steering them clear of the pitfalls and helping them overcome any obstacles they may encounter.
Professionalism, Honesty, Integrity and Quality Service.
