I have lived in the Tri-Cities virtually my entire life. I attended Eastern WA University, got married and later received my degree with a major in computer science and a minor in communications. I then worked at the chemical depot in Umatilla for six years before pursuing what I refer to as my "dream job". It was at this point that my husband and I decided to remain in the Tri-Cities and make it our home. We have now lived here for 8 years with our three daughters and our dog Rocky.
Over my career in real estate I have received a number of accolades ranging from Rookie of the Year back in 2007 all the way to becoming a member of the Millionaires Club in 2013. Most recently I received an award for having the top number of presales in 2013 for a local builder. On that note, if a new home is a possibility for you, I am certified in new construction and well versed in all aspects of the building process.
I greatly enjoy real estate; I am an experienced negotiator and have a true passion for providing the highest level of personal service to my clientele. At the end of the day, whether you are in the market to sell, or are in pursuit of a newly constructed home, an established home, or a piece of property, I would love to assist you every step of the way.
Give me a call, or stop by and say hello, I would be delighted to meet both you, and your real estate needs.
Hi, I'm Michelle Bouchey. I work with buyers and sellers specializing in the Richland and Kennewick area focusing on condos, new construction and those clients looking to find larger spaces for their families.
Michelle Bouchey began developing her business savvy at the age of 23 when she started her own Hair Salon & Spa. After several successful years of owning and operating her business, she transferred her energy and driven work ethic into Real Estate and has been an entrepreneur for over 23 years. Being a native to the area, Michelle possesses extensive experience in knowing the local area and maintains longstanding working relationships with many local business owners, builders, and developers. Michelle's sense of humor and patience, along with her polished negotiating skills, makes her clients feel at ease during what can be a nerve-wracking process of buying and selling. Trust is hard to come by in today's fiercely competitive real estate market. Michelle is here to provide you with the professionalism and integrity needed to ensure that you feel secure in what can be one of the biggest decisions of your life. Michelle is dependable and gives attention to detail whether working with the first time buyer, move up buyer, new construction home buyer or investor. She quickly understands her client's needs and is there to give personal attention, always keeping the client's best interest in mind. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 20 years, her children and grandchild. She also enjoys home design, weight training, hiking, boating and shopping.
Hi, I'm Jane Fallon with CENTURY 21 Tri-Cities. I've lived in North Richland for the past 20 years. I know everything you need to know about buying and selling homes in North Richland, government homes (ABC homes), and South Richland. I'm the bomb! Call me.
Jane Fallon is originally from London, England. Jane was born into a show business family with a twin sister, one brother and a foster brother. Jane moved to Tri-Cities in 1980 after visiting her Great Aunt and Uncle. Her British humor and flare for getting right to the point have won her quite the following from former clients. She was a Tri-City small business owner for nine years before becoming a realtor six years ago, so selling and working with people seems to be her thing.
Jane has many interests including music, classic and fast cars, books by Jane Austen, road trips, golf, animals (especially dogs), cooking, and eating at good restaurants with good friends.
In this ever-changing housing environment, Jane has developed a unique niche for finding homes for people relocating into the area. Having lived in North Richland for the last 15 years, Jane has also had the opportunity to sell as well as own several government homes. Because of this, Jane has developed an extensive knowledge of these historic properties and is considered the go-to agent for letter homes
Her recent move to CENTURY 21 Group is an exciting time, enabling her on behalf of her clients to utilize the extensive knowledge, professionalism and unmatched products and services of Vicki Monteagudo and her team. Jane thanks all her past clients and friends and looks forward to the opportunity to make lots of new clients and friends in 2012.
Hi, I'm Tristy Hagedorn. I am committed to finding creative solutions for your purchase or sale.
I want to help you find a home where you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. Whether that home is a fixer upper you'll make your own, new construction you'll customize from the ground up, or a turn-key home with just the right finishing touches, I'll be there as we find what you've been dreaming of.
I've been on the other side of many real estate transactions as a former investor. As a result, I'm a savvy negotiator and a whiz at guiding you through your purchase or sale from A to Z. It's an honor to earn your trust and help guide you through the real estate process.
When I'm not representing Century 21, my husband, Doug, and I are raising five little Tri-Citians.
Hi, I am Michael Mackay. When looking for a new home in Pasco or Kennewick, you will need someone that has the knowledge and expertise of new construction to get you what you want, where you want. Having sold over 300 new homes in five years, building your home is MY business.
Michael was born and raised here in the Tri-Cities. He comes from a large family of eight (three girls and three boys). He graduated from Pasco High School in 1998, and shortly thereafter received his mission call to Mexico City. He quickly learned Spanish and enjoys using the language frequently. Upon returning home, Michael attended Utah Valley State and Columbia Basin College for 3 years. While attending CBC, he met his future wife and married her a short seven months later. Now 7 1/2 years have gone by, and they have added 3 happy, healthy and handsome boys to their lives.
Michael knows and understands most aspects of the building, buying and selling process. He has done it all: framing, finish work, painting, flooring and cabinetry. A few years back, a good friend introduced him to the "world of real estate." Michael quickly learned that this is what he truly loves to do and wanted to make a lifelong career of it. With over 200 home sales under his belt in just 3 1/2 years, Michael has the passion, drive and determination to make his clients' wants and needs become a reality.
When Michael is not selling homes, there are a number of activities he partakes in. As much as he loves golfing, basketball, and shooting, spending time with his wife and kids is at the top of his list. They enjoy family game night, hitting a bucket of balls at the driving range, and curling up on the couch to watch a movie.
