Jim Stone grew up in the Fishers/Geist area and has chosen to remain and raise his family here in northeast Indy. After graduating from Ball State University he began his real estate career with The Shorewood Corporation, a large Land Development firm. In 1994, Jim joined the Precedent Companies as they began their residential development and home building activities. With Precedent, Jim was the Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Principal Broker and was involved with many facets of the business such as home and land sales, land acquisition, and all marketing aspects of the business. Jim was affiliated with Keller Williams Realty before making his move to CENTURY 21 Scheetz in 2010!
