Tailgate Fever: Game Day Dinner

Congratulations to the Baltimore Ravens, New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers and Atlanta Falcons on their wins this weekend! One step closer to the big game in New Orleans on Sunday February 3rd.

Each week we are sharing with you tips from the CENTURY 21 and Homes.com tailgating guide called “Tailgate Fever: Your Ultimate Tailgating Guide.” You can customize this guide for clients and prospects. Download your copy here.

Last week we talked about game day decor and this week we’re talking about dinner. Kick off is at 6:30pm EST, prime time to feast with your family and friends while you watch.

What is the perfect meal to please everyone? A make your own chili bar, of course!

Start game day by putting the chili in the crock pot. You can leave it on all day, ensuring you have the best flavor come serving time.

Next, load up the kitchen counter or dining room table with toppings. We recommend:

  • Diced tomatoes
  • Jalapenos
  • Scallions
  • Shredded cheese
  • Corn chips

You can also added baked potatoes to the bar, a perfect vehicle for those very same toppings.

Now that we’ve got dinner covered, next week we’ll move onto snacks and dessert.

Do you have a game day food you make every week? Or a dish you always bring to the Super Bowl party?
