Winners are determined by contributions made to Easter Seals during the calendar year.1996-2002, 2004 Quality Service Pinnacle Award - This annual award is presented to the offices that consistently provide high levels of service to their customers. A minimum 25% survey return rate on all transactions sent between January 1 and October 31, with a 95% average overall index for two years.1998-2004 Gold Medallion - This award recognizes CENTURY 21 offices that earn $1,060,000 in Adjusted Gross Income or have 275 sides within a calendar year.1996-2004 Quality Service Award - This annual award is presented to offices that consistently provide high levels of service to their customers. A minimum 25% survey return rate on transactions between January 1 and October 31, with a minimum overall index of 90%.1997 Centurion Office - This is one of the most prestigious awards an office can receive from CENTURY 21. This award is given to an office that has an Adjusted Gross Income of $1, 590,000 - $3,179,999 or 400 - 799 closed sides in a year.1997 President's Award - The CENTURY 21 system presents this award to offices achieving both Centurion level production and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award within the same year.
