The property lies on the south side of the highway bordering the railroad tract. There are two miles of highway frontage. Sanderson has a municipal airport about 12 miles east of Sanderson. It is located about 120 west of Del Rio, Texas.

This beautiful, rugged ranch is a real working ranch. At this time, it is running cattle. In the past it ran goats and sheep as well as cattle.
