"The four years I spent at Leominster High School were, so far, some of the best of my life. The connections with both peers and teachers are some that will hopefully last a life time. Having just graduated and now preparing to start college in the fall, I believe LHS did a tremendous job preparing me for the years to come. Not only were the teachers fantastic, but the administration, guidance department, and all other faculty were the best I have seen anywhere. I am proud to be an LHS alum and I hope the school continues to touch lives like it touched mine."

"Because this school isn't known for academic excellence or as a powerhouse when it comes to sports, people will often show disdain for it. A big problem is that many students will complain that the school sucks without opening their minds to everything it has to offer. There has to be some rational behind students being accepted to selective schools such as BU, BC, Northeastern, Duke, Tufts, and others. There are accelerated courses that can be taken if the regular courses are too slow. There are also copious amounts of extracurricular activities such as sports, clubs, LHS isn't as bad as it is made out to be, it's what you make it out to be. You'll find that those who took the harder classes and got more involved with the school are much more satisfied with the LHS because of their accomplishments than those who sat around whining about how the school sucks."

"Some go the faculty are really keen on building relationships and caring about students. Coming from a school with a big minority presence, there are a lot of understanding faculty and great people that help run the school. Its education is top-notch and its guidance counselors well prepare you for the post high school experience."

"Leominster High School supports strong school spirit and student involvement through its many clubs. The majority of teachers are very passionate and love what they do and enjoy helping their students."

"I love that the teachers are real, friendly, and you can actually build a relationship with them , the AP courses (even for sophomores) and honors courses available, and the clubs, like Photography, Art, Advocates for the Invisible, and Friends of Rachel's. I would try to find a way to make more space in the hallways for the class-to-class travel, but overall it's a good environment to be in and learn from."
