"An awesome school in a great town that gets its students well prepared for college! Thank you for all you've taught me WHS!!"

"A very typical small town high school. The school is very safe, community-oriented and boasts a fairly diverse population. There are lots of after school sports and activities, and most of the teachers are willing to stay after school of you need help. However, the school culture is also very conventional and provincial, so there is a lot of gossip and politicking. Students are not disciplined equally but, rather, according to their, their parents' or the referring teacher's "reputation." Most of the students are average to very smart but nothing spectacular yet most behave like entitled geniuses. People are friendly but not sincere, and they are often suspicious of new comers or any one who doesn't think or act a certain way."

"I was at WHS sophomore year. As someone who had not been there for all of high school or been to middle school with anyone else I knew I can say that it is not an accepting school socially if you are not part of a clique. Everyone is involved in an extremely tightly knit group that is not welcoming of anyone who has not been friends with them for years. The staff and teachers are also disliking of students they did not know for a while. I was forcibly put in lower level classes despite having average grades and then medically withdrawn from two classes for no good reason. Despite the months I was there I have had extremely good grades and a good track record throughout all of high school but because of how they changed my academics I am now possibly not going to graduate on time. The good things I can say about this school is it is a wealthier district and gets good funding. There are computers in every department. If you can access the classes, you can get a top quality education."

"Many of the teachers are funny and cool, and yet they are still good teachers. The library is a fun place to hang around at and use computers. There is a wide variety of courses and clubs that will satisfy every kind of preference."

"WHS is an excellent school with high standards set for their students. Overall it is a well kept and beautiful facility. It has many clubs and organizations for students to be involved with and the teachers genuinely care about the students."
