"Holliston High School is rated highly amongst other schools in the area, which I would attribute to having a great base of teachers and students that want to learn. I have two students there now, and they both enjoy the atmosphere and environment."

"Too much emphasis on get the good grade to get into a good school to get a good job...granted, this is due to the common core requirements, but also the undue pressure from both teachers and especially the parents in this community! If I had the choice, I would have rather attended a performing arts high school and concentrated on developing myself as an artist full-time"

"There are many inspirational teachers, who strive to make a difference. Unfortunately, many seem limited by the standardized testing requirements and how they are judged. By junior year they are able to give students more freedom and concentrate on things that actually interest the student, and treat them more like adults and make them accountable for thier choices."

"I used to go to a different middle school, but in Holliston the teachers, with the exception for a couple, are very friendly and approachable. I can tall to them after class or on unrelated topics; many of them are easier to talk to than some of the students and this has allowed me to come out of my shell throughout high school. On top of this, they make the work feel less overwhelming and are very understanding when students are struggling."
