"They hire newly graduated teachers due to low salary expectations. They need to offer competitive salary wages so that they can hire more experienced teachers not base it on cheap salary. Some of the teachers look like they are very very young and just graduating from college ."

"I like the school due to its small size. Most students want to succeed and are there to get a better education in the public school system. Unfortunately they hire teachers upon the cheapest salary they can hire them for and they are usually very very young and inexperienced. I think that they could enhance their guidance department as well and help the kids in their senior year better, when they are preparing for college. I also think that they need to be more proactive when students are not doing well at school. Most times I don't realize my kids I'm not doing good in class until I get there progress report. And when I meet with the staff they always tell me that they just need to go to extra help more. When maybe there is more that they could do to help as well. The tuition is pricey and then they always are asking for more money on top of that. They are always running fundraisers and make the students obligated to sell items."

"If I could do it over again, I think I would pick a different school. In the beginning I felt that it was like a family but as the years have gone on the grades have become more and more cliquey. A smaller school means rumors spread fast and kids, at this age especially, can be very mean about rumors. Cliques spread to other grades and the whole school is divided."

"With new teachers coming in and leaving, they lose the wisdom of a more experienced teacher. Newer teachers sometimes have a hard time controlling a class. Some teachers lecture a lot and don't make the class very engaging. Other teachers don't give reasonable amounts of time for work to be done. Overall most teachers are very knowledgeable in the subjects they teach."
