"I am a friend of someone who used to go there, from what she tells me it is hell on Earth. The teachers, grossly under trained. The students, backstabbing and rude. Even after she left, the girls insisted on continuously harassing her, online and offline. I knew her before she went to this terrible school, and she is not the same person. She is the complete opposite of who she used to be, she is quiet, shy and overall anxious. I will never tell a person to this satanic school."

"Montrose school was the worst experience of my life. The teachers are grossly under trained, some don't even have degrees. Students are bitter and mean whilst attempting to climb to the top of the social hierarchy. I wish I left Montrose sooner, but it would look terrible on my college applications to change schools in the middle of my years. I didnt even get into my choice school for they wouldn't accept me because I am so under educated for going here. I urge you not to send your children to this toxic and unwelcoming environment."

"I loved this school throughout middle school. The teachers were great and I fully believe I flourished. However, after I entered 9th grade the stress of the school began to hit. The teachers became uninvolved and, too, hands-off. Although my grades stayed strong, it was an incredible amount of work and stress. It was pretty unideal. I stopped sports after high school only for the reason of "no time". When a kid says this they don't mean it, but I seriously meant it. Entering in another year of High school I have again experienced a similar situation. Not only have the classes gotten harder but some teachers really don't teach. I truly loved this school and most girls are great and I really appreciate my teachers, but they don't teach effectively. One thing I want change is an opportunity for more artistic classes and avenues. The school is very academic and athletics driven. Trust me the girls in this school are gifted and need more room for their artistic talents to be shown."

"Montrose has simply been the best thing to happen to our daughter. We love this school. Faith, family, community and service resonate here and we feel like we are blessed to be part of something very special."

"I had the joy of working at Montrose for several years before I moving out of state. I loved every aspect of school culture. The parents, administration, and faculty work to help girls tackle challenging academic, social, and service issues. The every-other-year service trip to a third-world country transforms the students who participate. The Student Government is the most organized and professional I've ever seen. And students learn and perform in classes at higher levels than in other top schools I've worked at! I miss the faculty and girls so much!"
