"I went to school and I graduated. It wasn't until my senior year that I really connected with the teachers I had"

"Alvirne teachers are "just okay" because not all them are the same. There are some teachers that will devote all their time into the students education. Others give less attention to students and more to curriculum."

"Most teachers are approachable, easy to talk to, easy to get along with. Most are pretty laid back. Sometimes they don't enter grades in the system quick enough for my liking, but I am always checking my updated grades."

"I loved what the band director has done with this program. It is highly regarded around town. Not only do we do the usual concerts, but there are special concerts that are a huge deal for the community. We also participate in a variety of other community events. There is an excellent culinary program here and lots of other opportunities for career development such as vet class, banking and finance, and agriculture. I wish there was an auditorium to use instead of the gym."

"High school has been said to be the best four years of one's life. Although the memories that I have made throughout my four years have been nothing but positive, it is time to move on to bigger and better things and to see what else the "real world" has to offer the class of 2016. It is going to be hard to not be able to go to swim meets with your best friends or getting dressed up for the homecoming dance that everyone is attending. No more pep rallies, no more spirit week where every class fights for the ultimate victory of spirit week champions (even though the senior class wins every year), and no more comfort of waking up and going to school with the same kids you've gone to school with since the first day of first grade. These are all memories that I will miss. But most importantly, I will miss unified athletics at Alvirne. What makes Alvirne unique is the love and support that comes with the unified program. Unified is incorporating special needs kids with other students to play a sport that they thought that they might never play. Alvirne is truly the heart of unified athletics and sets an example everywhere we travel all over New Hampshire. Seeing the reactions of these kids is something I will miss most about high school. I will never forget the smile that gleams across each and every one of their faces when they score a goal in soccer or finish across the finish line in track. Although I am ready to move on and start my college journey, I will always remember the wonderful memories of unified and will want to relive each and every meet or game."
