"Most of the teachers knew he course material and helped you to understand as well. but not all of them."

"The number of academic programs offered at my school have exponentially increased in the past four years. My school offers a wide variety of classes and extracurricular activities; from STEM club to CPR class to art, there is something for everyone. I believe that my school has some of the most knowledgable, helpful and hardworking teachers in the state. The staff members are always willing to help their students, and the students can be confident in their teachers' abilities. My school offers AP classes to upperclassmen, and while the workload is manageable, if one is taking more than two AP classes at a time, it is extremely challenging to complete work on time and in an efficient manner."

"My school is not racially diverse: it is a predominantly white school. However, the kids at my school are very accepting towards people who have different backgrounds than them. As a minority myself, I am proud to say that I have not been targeted in my school. The kids at my school respect differences and do not alienate minority groups. There is even an LGBT awareness club. Peer pressure is not a pressing issue at my school, and the social dynamic between the students is excellent: students do not feel attacked or uncomfortable in this school."

"I have enjoyed my high school experience thus far, but if I could go back in time and do it all over again, I would have taken advantage of more opportunities. I would have done more drama and acting in the school plays, and would have joined the marching band sooner. Athletics at my high school are the top priority, and I wish that the music and theater programs could be funded better. We deserve so much more credit than we get."
