"I loved it, I had a great experience. I felt fully prepared to take on the next chapter of life. The school prepared me for colleges and gives out scholarships even to alumni showing their commitment to students after graduation. It really was a giant family."

"In my fourth and final year attending The Gilbert School I can truthfully say it has been the best four years of my life so far. So many aspects of the school have made my high school career unforgettable. The feeling of a tight nit community, friendly students and faculty, as well as the never ending support from everyone. Gilbert helps prepare students for college and the real world in a safe and comfortable environment. There are never ending possibilities, including sports, travel, activities, clubs, etc. I would recommend my high school to anyone who is looking for great academics, supportive faculty and students, loving and high spirited community, and everything in between."

"The academics have improved greatly, however teachers still wait on the kids who don't want to pay attention or the kids who take much longer to understand concepts. While it's accommodating for those students, it takes up a lot of class time the "advanced" or "gifted" kids are left bored. The subject material could be a bit more challenging, but the work isn't easy, either."

"It's not the best school in the world, but it has definitely built itself up in the last few years. From starting up an international exchange student program to raising student's school-wide test scores and hiring new, more welcoming teachers, the school has worked hard to improve its reputation, and the progress is definitely showing. There's plenty to do as far as clubs, sports, and activities go, and it's big enough to have various friend groups yet small enough to ensure that the school isn't very clique-y. I'd do it all over again."

"Some teachers are fantastic and develop great relationships with their students. This makes for a fun and productive classroom environment. However, some teachers are very monotonous and don't care if the students don't try their best, so it can be a bit discouraging in those classes/subjects."
