"The teachers here are passionate about what they teach and well-educated in their subjects. They are also very easy to approach and are available for office hours. The advanced placement and honors classes prepare students well for exams and college. These teachers also coach sports and serve as dorm parents, providing very personal settings in which teachers can get to know all students."

"I love the diversity of this school. As a boarding school, we are exposed to many cultures from around the world. The experience of numerous cultures prepares one for college and work. This school is also very sensitive of cultural practices and traditions, educating the whole community. This small community feels like a family with a strong sense of unity and a foundation of support."

"This school has given me many opportunities that I wouldn't have been able to receive without being a part of the Marianapolis community. Those who attend this school usually say that we are like a close family. Everyone knows each person around them and cares for them. When walking around campus, students and teachers are very welcoming and open to new people. There is always a place in the school for a new student. We have many different groups and activities at Marianapolis. With sports from Basketball to Crew, and clubs like Jazz Band or Mock Trial, the school has something for everyone. I take part in 3 after school music groups and have taken many music classes within the academic day. These groups have given me many opportunities to perform and become more confident in my own abilities. As for sports, in the spring, I play golf and am actually the captain this season. As a freshman, I was worried about being the only girl on the golf team, but was accepted within the team and have grown immensely from it. There are truly too many wonderful things about this school to list, but these are some of the reasons that I would come to Marianapolis all over again if I could."

"This school is vigorous in its academics and homework load but also supportive. The teachers genuinely care about their student's success and wear many hats as a teacher, coach, dorm parent advisor and some also administrative. The cultural diversity is high and the experiences these students are able to have is 2nd to none. They are taught to feel comfortable with public speaking, discussion groups and debates as well. This school is like another family a community"
