"The school is very involved in the students lives to the point where it is concerning. It's sometimes a blessing to have teachers who care and at other times it is overstepping their boundaries. Teachers will play favorites and some students feel excluded at times. You have to join sports or you will be left out constantly. Also academics vary. I attended that school my whole life and graduated community college with a 3.9 GPA but a student from my class at the same college is still taking all remedial classes. It depends on the student at the end of the day. Lastly the facilities aren't anything fancy. Just beware."

"Some teachers really care and know what they are teaching about others don't even have teaching degrees. They hire right out of college teachers sometimes that don't know how to effectively lead a classroom. On the other hand I have had some wonderful teachers that make the subject very interesting but still challenging. It really depends on who they hired that year and it's a shame it's not consistently great teachers. A few bad ones throughout the years ruin the overall academics there."

"If you are looking for a sort of "break" between a school year, this is a good school. Not too much stress, and not really competitive. It's easy to boost grades if you've been struggling to get a decent GPA. We don't really have anything impressive like fields, or waxed floored gyms, or a decent weight room, ect, but it's fun and the diversity is great. You meet lots of different people and learn alot. Everyone is basically family and we're just really close, and open we're really accepting but be wise about who you choose to do your friend. Although there really isn't peer pressure, your friends definitely influence you from what you wear to what you say. Also, don't slack off just because it's easy, if you want to gain any respect from teachers and students you need to maintain impressive grades."

"There's not really a lot of choices in anything (whether it be course-wise, extracurricular, sports, ect) and everyone basically just does the same courses no matter how good or bad your grades are, (in exception to Math, where senior year you choose to take Pre-Calc or Consumers). All teachers teach one subject. For example, science teacher teaches all science courses (life science, bio, chem, A+P, ect) 7-12, history teacher teaches all history, economics, gov't ect 7-12, math teacher teaches all math courses 7-12, english teacher teaches all english courses 7-12, ect. The curriculum is pretty outdated too, and we don't get new books acually most of them are pretty bad. Most of the assignments, tests, projects (ect) are made up as we go along, depending on how much time we have or copied from a teacher's guide. The scheduling is easy to keep up with since everyone simply does the same courses you stay with your class for most of the time except for when it comes to electives. The workload is easy but not always consistent. Some days we'll have nothing to do but then other days all the teachers decide to give a boatload of assignments, tests, quizzes, projects ect that are all due in the same week. This in return stresses everyone out including the teachers. Most of the time this occurs whenever there is an event or mid marking, or the end of the quarter."
