"My son is now in 5th grade and has attended the Charter School since Kindergarten. I love the individual attention the children receive. Because the class sizes are so small, the teachers can focus on each child, they get to know the each and every child. I think what impresses me the most about the school is the general 'family' environment there. Both the director and the principal know the children by name, the majority of the older children take on a 'big brother' or 'big sister' role with the younger students. Recently when the opportunity came for us to purchase a home location became the biggest factor because I could not envision my son having to change schools and give up the strong solid education and family environment he gets at the Charter School. We decided to move to a neighborhood close enough so that he can still attend!"

"My son has attended EPCS for 2 years now and I am very happy with his progress. He is in the second grade and was able to read book from the 4th grade reading list. Three children from the 5th grade received presidential achievement awards. The principal and director know each child by name and are always willing to help. Each year, my son has attended summer school, which is actual an enrichment program which allows the students to become acclimated to their new grade and teacher. Parents attend PTO meetings and are generally involved with school activities. Classroom = 15 students, one certified Teacher and one assist. I am happy that I have an alternative to paying tuition. The current state of the public schools, excluding Quarles, is unacceptable!"
