"Just like any other person. If you treat them with respect they will treat you with respect. If you show them that you want to learn. They will teach you in the best way possible. Each teacher has a different way of teaching but most teachers teach the same. They try to make sure that the kids are being engaged by making us do oral projects. Most teachers that I have teach other than the facts. They will teach you the proper way to dress,or the proper way to speak in a work environment. The teachers do care about students because they want us ti be successful and they try in every way possible to make sure that we are."

"Everyone tends to speak bad about Riverside. I am not sure why because it where I found myself. It is where I decided where I wanted to be and the staff there helped me to do it. My freshman year the staff were boring and didn't show too much interest into the students. Then we got a new principals and new assistant principals. That actually care about us, they ask us how we are doing, they say good morning and actually sound like they are happy to see us. My little brother is going to High school next year and I told my mother that this is probably the best school in Yonkers to go to. If I could I would do it all over again. I am honestly proud that I will be a graduate from a school that I actually enjoyed going to."

"This school has helped brought out the best in me as a student. I'm able to push myself harder in my studies and explore my interest in other things other than learning because it provides a lot of gateway extracurricular activities that helps us in gaining outside knowledge. Like the anime clubs, drama clubs, guitar club and a whole others, you get to learn new things about various activities you show interest in. My school is unique because they have teachers who are willing to stay after school to help students under better what they didn't get during the class lesson. I would choose his school if I could do it all over again because of the peaceful and friendly environment it provides which makes a student feel comfortable enough to learn."
