"Choosing to go to Catholic Central was the best decision of my life so far. The people I've meet there, both students and teachers, have had such a positive impact on my life and made me a better person. The atmosphere at Catholic Central truly makes it fell like to me, along with many other alumni, like a second home"

"Catholic Central High School for me is like a home. Through all of the sports teams and clubs that you can participate in, classmates become family. I started at Catholic Central as a transfer in eighth grade and immediately became part of the family. I was welcomed into the school with open arms and love from my new classmates. Most of the teachers are very good at helping you when you are going through troubles, and rather than giving you a hard time, they work through it with you. This year was an especially hard year for me. I lost six loved ones and missed weeks of school due to illness. Most of my teachers were very understanding with late work because they knew my situation. I also fell back into depression where I didn't leave my bed for a full seven days. I didn't eat or drink or do anything. I didn't go to school or touch my work. During this time my teachers were texting my mom and seeing how I was doing. They motivated me. Catholic Central is truly a great school."

"What I enjoyed about attending Catholic Central was the small class sizes and the personalization that came with it. Any teacher I had knew me and was always available to help if I needed it. The smallness of the school is also its downside. There are only so many different courses offered and small amount of students also makes it hard to keep clubs and sports going. The thing that I dislike the most about Catholic Central is its inability to plan functions well and inform the students about them. So many times I have heard about things either a couple of days before or through someone else instead of the school, I wish the administration had better communication. Overall, my Catholic Central experience was definitely made better by the presence of a few really great teachers who have helped me to grow not only in education but as a person but especially now applying to colleges, the downsides of being small and having limited resources are palpable."

"I really enjoy the small school environment. I like the fact that my teachers know me individually and that there is always a familiar face in the hallways. While I think many of the teachers are great, they can be very hit and miss. Of course, the food could be improved, but I think that is a common complaint about most schools. I wish there were more clubs offered, but I understand that a small school can only offer so much."

"I wouldn't trade it for the world. Even though we are small, there is still a chance for everyone to get involved in everything"
