"The teachers seldom pushed us and most classes taught me very little of substance, though this may speak more about high school education as a whole. The school has stated that it's major goal is to get its students into college, yet the majority of teachers were quite lenient with makeup work, with behavioral issues taking precedent. I could speak on a host of other issues with the school and its student body (I decline in commenting on this subject), however, as one who most would consider rather asocial, I did find a niche here. Looking back I could have been much less happy at other schools in the area, though I regret not taking my work and extraneous studies more seriously in favor of being with my group of friends. I'm less of a mess than I was in my freshman year (good God the horror) but I didn't grow as much as I could have, and a large part of that is due to my own inaction and need for social growth. Green Tech High is a VERY mixed bag for me, and the only thing keeping me from reconsidering my (father's) choice in high school were the relatively few people I met and liked there. It cultivated and helped me in my adolescence, but I think that I'm long overdue for a taste of the real world after the fact."

"It's not the best school or the worst, but it will prepare you for college."

"Not the worst school and not the best of school. This school maybe a all male school but it keeps student focus more on their education, for example teacher and other staff will stay after to help student until student feel confident in pursuing the problems that they have issues with. There is also makeup days when you can make up missed work or correct low score and bring grade up. The bad thing about the school can be the time you get out of school which is 4:00pm Monday through Thursday, and Friday students can leave at 2:00 pm. Another example of what I didn't like was the lack of field trip and lack of dependable staff. Overall the school is not perfect and needs to be prepare for the worst , for instance have backup staff."

"It is a very good school although I believe it could use more qualified staff members. Also I think that the school should make an extension and expand itself for a more spacious environment"

"Because it is such a small school everyone knows everybody and everyone gets along. We help and entertain each other throughout the school day and after school."
