"There is a definite variety of types of teachers at Kenmore East. Many of the teachers are constantly putting their full effort into the lessons and trying to get students engaged in their academic experience. However, there is a handful of teachers who set students up to fail. These teachers will do anything to benefit themselves such as purposely and unfairly grading assignments given early(because of being ahead of the class) before they are assigned to the rest of the class; causing the GPA for the quarter to drop low. Many of the teachers however, such as Lisa Holler, are there as your teacher, best friend, parent, and counselor. Teachers such as Mrs. Holler prove that learning does not have to be a chore and they encourage you to do anything you dream of."

"This school is a great school for quite a few reasons. There are many sports and activities to do during and after school such as yearbook, gymnastics, art club, wilderness club, and Spanish club. There are amazing interactions between many of the students and teachers. Teachers and Administration very commonly greet you as you enter the school and everyone treats you with respect. Many events are fundraisers for great causes such as Join the Winners which benefits the Renaissance House, a rehab facility for teens in the town. Teachers are very passionate about what they say and are helpful to troubled students along with students looking to succeed. There is always a counselor or teacher to make students feel safe and feel as if there is someone to talk to."

"The students here are genuinely pretty nice and aren't forceful if you don't want to try something. Although peer pressure is prevalent everywhere, it is not a huge issue here. Everyone is pretty much accepted, no one judges people based on race, sexual orientation, religion, or things like that much. We are a very accepting school no matter who you are. We like to involve everyone in every school activity."

"Teachers are focused on teaching their students and, in my opinion, are very knowledgeable about what they teach. Each teacher is different with teaching and grading styles but they all get their job done."

"Most teachers engage in their student's education and truly try to help anyone that is struggling. Most classes are great to be a part of."
