"I came in 5th grade, without understanding the Administration much. Over the years (especially middle school) I noticed that more and more unsaved students were let in because their parents had deep pockets. It finally occurred to me that FInney cares more about money then anything... Also, some of the teachers don't even pray in class ( it's a christian school.... I thought we could ). I would recommend any homeschoolers that plan on attending here, don't. There has been an influx of homeschool students that transfer to finney thinking it's the same christian environment, but it's not..."

"It's a Christian school, but not fundamentalist. There's opportunity to discuss beliefs and challenge assumptions. Very diverse in terms of racial/ethnic."

"It's a small school where teachers and students get to know each other well. The smallness allows us to do some unique projects and trips. The moral and spiritual standards are the same as those I am being taught at home."

"The student involvement is high every student is part of some kind of club or does a sport. The peer pressure is around the same as any other high school , some people fall into more easily while some are stronger. Being from a small school everyone gets accepted from those who act like them or who they connect with. With this no one is left out or ever called a loner. Once again the challenges are the same as any other school; kids want to fit in. As challenges regarding race, ethnicity and sexual orientation none of that exist. We are a family sometimes with family problems but we love one other other. We do not judge based on who you are, were you come from or the sex you are. We go by the character which is displayed."
