"PHS is a great school with a generally welcoming environment. The teachers want to help you succeed. The only area that I noticed was lacking is the counseling department. Because there are so many students it is hard to build a relationship with your counselor and they often don't know how to advise you while picking classes."

"Penfield Senior High is an awesome school with great teachers who go above and beyond for any student. In my 4 years at Penfield I have never ever seen someone bullied or teased or even heard of such a thing. I walk the hallways everyday feeling comfortable and safe. The only thing I would change would be the athletics structure and beliefs. If you want your child to be treated fairly when it comes to sports, don't sent them to Penfield."

"Penfield High School has given me a basis of knowledge that will help me with my higher education and moving forward in life. The teachers are helpful and strive to get to know each student. The atmosphere is friendly and caring, and each class is very close-knit. There are opportunities for numerous honors programs and high level classes that allow students to challenge themselves and perform their best. I believe that I could not have gotten a better education anywhere else in the area."

"I loved going to this high school because I received a lot of very valuable educational opportunities, such as AP, SUPA, and MCC dual enrollment classes."
