"My schooling has been molded for the better because of Gates-Chili, through both academics, extra-curricular activities, and athletics. My needs have most always been met, and I feel that the education I received from Gates-Chili is worthy, and has prepared me for various forms of higher education."

"I played three sports while attending Gates-Chili High. I enjoyed being on the teams and the people on them. Definately something I'm going to miss!"

"Most every teacher I have encountered was knowledgeable and helpful. All are available after school to help, and most of the time any questions I have for them get answered."

"At Gates-Chili, the experience was okay. Every student gets a different experience and mine was pretty average. I loved a handful of teachers however there were some teachers I didn't really like. But, like I was saying, that's just me personally and not something to be worried about."

"There are some teachers who seem incredibly disinterested and don't try as hard as they possibly could. However, there are other teachers that absolutely go above and beyond and show that they truly care by making themselves always available, doing whatever needed to help students learn, making lessons fun and engaging and by being interactive and relatable. Also, the are some teachers who are just all over the place in terms of all aspects such as mood, grading, and communication. The fact that this school is all over the map in terms of types of teachers and what they're like is why Gates is just an ok school. If there was a more organization amongst teachers and the school washed out the teachers that aren't even close to being the best, Gates would definitely deserve a higher rating."
