"Roland Park is the only school in the area in which the girls are genuinely HAPPY to come to school each day to learn. They are encouraged to work together in order to achieve their goals, instead of pitted against each other in a stressful environment. Not only are the athletics, visual arts, and performing arts top notch, but the academic rigor is as well. RPCS students are pushed everyday to be their best selves, and to build each other up instead of tearing each other down. Roland Park cares about college acceptances, as do other area schools, but focuses on catering to the entire student's well-being, and places emphasis on graduating worldly, kind, intelligent, and empathetic citizens that are dedicated to effecting change in their communities and the world."

"RPCS is truly the best school you can choose for your daughter. The academics are rigorous and teach the students the importance of balancing hard work and relaxation/play unlike many schools in the area. The people at RPCS are very friendly, both the students and employees alike. I have never heard of anyone leaving RPCS due to bullying, as RPCS has a strict no tolerance policy about bullying. In fact many students have transferred into RPCS because a school very near roland park had such intense bullying that transferring was not an option. RPCS is a safe place for all people to come and enjoy school and experience a well rounded education without bullies. I always felt safe and never at danger while at RPCS. The Employees are incredibly friendly and the students often form friendships with many of the people that work there. Having a school under one roof allows the sense of community to me immense. You will often see upper schoolers saying hi and talking with middle, and lower school students. This creates an atmosphere that is unparalleled to any other school in the area. Along with this, the academics here are the absolute best. I was prepared for college after attending RPCS so well that I can never thank RPCS enough. The teachers are more than willing to help any student if she is struggling. They often leave times within their schedule open just in case a student needs some extra help. Many schools in the area seem to put the students against each other as they work to get good grades. Roland Park is not like that. RPCS works hard to bring the students together, often suggesting student to create study groups and work together while studying for any upcoming test or exam. This is unlike any school in the area. Along with the the athletics are phenomenal. The sports teams have an intense sense of family. Although there are many choices when choosing schools in which you send your daughter, there is not a better option than RPCS."

"Teachers are provided with ample professional development, and encouraged to employ new and interesting methods in introducing topics into the classroom in a way that relates to the way girls learn in the digital age. My daughter's teachers are constantly available to her, and encourage her to self-advocate and take learning into her own hands. She is taught not what to think, but how to think, and how to utilize the information she has been presented with to form her own ideas and opinions."

"The teachers at RPCS are the best. They really care for each and every student and make sure to help a student if they are struggling in any way. The teaching styles vary from teacher to teacher, but if a student does not like the way in which a teacher teaches, the teacher will try his/her best to teach it in a way that is good for all students. The teachers are very available to meet before or after school, and bring a lot of enthusiasm to class and the topics being discussed. Being an alum of RPCS, I feel as if the teachers completely prepared me for college and the future as they pushed me and made me a better student. I am eternally indebted to RPCS and the RPCS teachers for preparing me so well for college and life beyond college, and pushing me to be my best."

"At Roland park you develop a sense of family and become close with some of the teachers because of their approachability. This is mostly the case as you get into the higher grades. There is always some kind of academic help time to get extra assistance outside of the classroom."
